Role: Senior Manager, Occupational Health & Safety
Primary Job LocationTravel: This role requires up to 50% travel with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office (Tues, Wed, Thur).
The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in an occupational health setting, hold a current valid CSP designation, and possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
This position requires a high level of competency with knowledge of Occupational Health and safety principles and strong organizational skills. Lead Workplace Safety and Health functions and serve as a highly technical expert to ensure the adequacy of related programs; the safety, health, and well-being of NA system employees, guests, and the public; and to limit The Coca-Cola Company's potential liability. Lead Occupational Safety and Health programs include safety coordination and support for our bottling partners, industrial hygiene, and incident management.
What You’ll Do for UsDefine and write policies and requirements related to their subject matter expertise: work safety at manufacturing including regulations, Machine Guarding, OSHAS certification, safety practices, Behavior Based Safety, Ergonomics, Vendor and Contractor Management, and benchmark practices.
Deep technical expertise is required.
Works closely with the audit team to ensure appropriate governance is in place to monitor performance in manufacturing facilities and distribution networks for workplace safety
Provide consulting support to North America Supply Chain and Bottling Partners for
Operating Units to diagnose and solve specific problems or help identify opportunities
Accountable and responsible for KO technical requirements content for workplace safety in manufacturing. Accountable and responsible for technical training content for workplace safety in manufacturing
Collaborate internally and externally to ensure requirements remain current and reflect the latest thinking, to benchmark and collaborate, and to share best practices.
Qualifications & RequirementsRelated Technical Degree with accompanying technical experience and professional
accreditations Engineering, Technology
A minimum of 7+ years of related experience
Experience in managing diverse facilities (multiple locations and geographies) Deep Subject Matter Expertise Relevant Technical Competencies CSP and/or CIH Board Certification (or willing to obtain quickly) Experience with Management Systems.

Pay Range:$120,000 - $149,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15%
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
