With us, you'll help optimize and scale agile delivery processes that support the digital transformation of vehicle damage processing. You will work with cross-functional teams leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to ensure smooth, efficient, and transparent product development. You’ll be part of an international and diverse team of experts, contributing to solutions that deliver measurable value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Act as a Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and ensure their effectiveness Support the team in becoming self-organized and high-performing Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting delivery Coach the team and stakeholders on agile mindset and continuous improvement Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and smooth backlog management Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning Track and support team performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time)

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Scrum and agile frameworks Degree in economics, computer science, or a comparable field, with several years of experience working in agile environments (preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach) Experience in facilitating teams and driving continuous improvement Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations Practical experience with agile metrics and delivery optimization

Personality & Working Practice: Servant leadership mindset Strong communication and facilitation skills Ability to structure complex situations and resolve conflicts Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach

Nice-to-have: Experience in tech/digital products Certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) Experience working in distributed/international teams
