Affiliate and Growth Manager
Description
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate and Growth Manager to join a fast-growing affiliate network and take full ownership of crypto brands. This is a hands-on role focused on scaling existing brands, launching new ones, and driving performance through close work with affiliates. The role combines both operational execution and strategic growth, within a small and agile team.
Key Responsibilities: Own the brand end-to-end: operations, communication, and performance Manage and scale existing brands while identifying and onboarding new ones Work closely with affiliates to increase traffic quality and volume Expand activity across multiple GEOs and vertical opportunities Monitor performance on a daily basis and optimize based on results Identify growth opportunities and push what works
Traffic & Markets: GEOs: Mixed (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3) Traffic Sources: SEO, PPC, Influencers, and additional acquisition channels
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Brand Manager (crypto/iGaming
- strong advantage) Strong understanding of performance KPIs: CPA, FTD, CR Experience working with affiliates and performance-driven environments Highly proactive, sharp, and results-oriented Ability to work independently within a small team
Team Structure: Small and dynamic team Direct work with a manager and 2–3 team members
