BTC Prague, Europe's largest bitcoin-only conference, is seeking a creative, driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team . If you live and breathe short-form content, know your way around Instagram Reels and NOSTR trends, and genuinely care about Bitcoin - we want to hear from you. With over 8,000 attendees, 250+ speakers, and 100+ Bitcoin companies from all over the world, we are shaping the future of Bitcoin adoption, education, and industry connections. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the European Bitcoin ecosystem. You'll own our visual social media presence, build our audience across key platforms, and help us bring the energy of BTC Prague to hundreds of thousands of people

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Platform Management Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram & Nostr and supporting channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Telegram, YouTube) Produce short-form video content - Reels, Stories - that captures the spirit of Bitcoin and BTC Prague Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with our overall marketing strategy Collaborate with our design and marketing team to ensure visual consistency and brand voice Community & Growth Actively engage with our followers, influencers, and key voices in the Bitcoin community Identify and build relationships with creators and accounts relevant to our audiences - both within the Bitcoin space and in adjacent sectors (finance, tech, entrepreneurship) Monitor trends and conversations; stay ahead of what's working on each platform Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics across all platforms and report regularly on growth, engagement, and reach Use data to iterate and improve content strategy over time Live Event Coverage Lead social media coverage during BTC Prague - live Stories, behind-the-scenes content, real-time highlights, speaker moments What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally f
