About the Role: Our goal is to give every engineer at Transcarent the tools and automation they need to ship confidently — without waiting on another team. We build and maintain a self-service delivery platform: reusable pipelines, shared libraries, and integrated tooling that engineering teams consume directly. We don’t run pipelines for other teams; we design the platform so they can own their delivery end-to-end. We work closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, reliable platform capabilities. The focus is always on removing friction, codifying best practices, and enabling teams to move faster on their own.
