If you know how to turn a "new user" into a "loyal player" using data, smart segmentation, and AI — we want to meet you. 📍 The Role: You will take ownership of the player lifecycle, ensuring our users stay engaged, active, and loyal. Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, In-App, Web Push). Journey Building: Design automated workflows covering Onboarding, Activation, and Reactivation stages. Segmentation: Utilize RFM analysis and behavioral data to target the right players with the right message. Optimization: Run A/B tests to boost Open Rates, CTR, and Conversion. Innovation: Actively use AI tools to generate content, build logic, and streamline workflows. 🛠 Tech Stack: Experience with Customer.io, Smartico, Fasttrack, or Optimove is a strong advantage. 👤 About You: Experience: 1.5–3 years in CRM / Retention Marketing. Industry: Experience in iGaming or digital products is highly preferred. Skills: Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and copywriting. Mindset: Analytical approach to data and a creative approach to problem-solving.
