Project Manager (with Czech or Slovak)

You’ll run SAP SuccessFactors projects of all sizes — from quick app rollouts to long-term international implementations. You’ll work directly with customers, guide delivery, and help shape how we do things as a company. Qualifications you need: Solid experience managing IT projects Fluent Czech/Slovak and English Good understanding of project approaches (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and when to use them Confidence dealing with demanding or changing customers — and turning that into good outcomes Very good communication skills; you can clearly explain and understand also more complex topics (you will solve problems with your customers) and you are not shy to speak in public Strong organization skills and the ability to coordinate others Proactive mindset, fast learner, not afraid to bring new ideas Daily comfort with MS Office and JIRA Independence, responsibility, and the courage to ask XXXX XXXX’s unclear Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well with a team Beneficial is: HR background Experience in Consulting Experience with cloud projects, ideally SAP SuccessFactors implementations Certifications Prince2 or ITIL Communicative German Hands-on user or configuration experience with SuccessFactors What you can expect: Plenty of room to learn and grow alongside experienced people Personal development through internal and external training Friendly, informal environment Remote work is the standard, with an office in Dejvice as a nice bonus Rewards for commitment (wide range of benefits, company laptop and iPhone for personal use, and above-standard software setup) Interested?
