Middle Business Analyst

Location — LVIV only!

Required skills: 2-3 years of proven experience in business analysis in the software development area; Fluent in written and spoken English (strong B2 and higher); Experience with both web and mobile development; understanding of platform-specific nuances; Strong skills in stakeholder management: expectation setting & relationship building; Proven experience in requirements management:

• business/product/user/functional/non-functional requirements;
• elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization, traceability;
• verification, and validation, change management. Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within an Agile environment; Ability to break down complex scope into manageable components; Deep experience in Confluence and Jira/Trello; good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Excellent visualization capabilities; proficiency in using diagramming/visualization tools (FigJam, Draw.io, etc.).

Would be a plus: Experience creating product (e.g., user manuals, guides) and operational documentation (e.g., process descriptions).

Responsibilities: Define business/product needs & goals; Conduct competitor analysis; Elicit business/user/system requirements; Document/maintain/prioritize requirements; Create WBS and support estimation sessions; Create and maintain backlog & releases in Jira; Conduct refinements; Facilitate collaboration between business and development teams; Support quality assurance at every stage of project development; Capture, validate and evaluate change requests; Validate UX design; Conduct UAT; Contribute to the development of internal processes.
