The Role:

The Customer Success Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience and drive product adoption.

  • Manage customer onboarding and training processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager, Sales, and Product teams.
