Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for candidates who have strong dedication and mindset to work in Corporate and SME Sales process for one of the leading Telecom Operator in Bangladesh. It’s completely a field-based corporate sales job. No need to apply if you are not comfortable with field-based jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Work as per the guidance of respective supervisors for achieving given sales targets at the assigned area(s).
- Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for selling Corporate SIM Card and ICT products.
- Visit existing customers to up-sell or cross-sell SIM and ICT products, and also to provide required services.
- Lock sales deals with the customers.
- Ensure the required Agreement g while selling any product.
- Ensure product delivery to the customer following the complaint process.
- Ensure biometric verification of the customers as guided by the Supervisor.
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Performance bonus
- Salary Review: Yearly
- Total Salary: BDT 22,000 (Fixed with TA/DA - BDT 12,000 + Incentive - BDT 10,000)
