Description
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers to elucidate company products and stimulate purchases.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client Maintain in-depth knowledge of company wellness products, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Participate in roadshows, work closely with other team members to support a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Track and manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements:**
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/O Level/ SKM in any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or retail industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in team.
- Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels.
- Passionate about wellness products.
