Sales Advisor

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential customers to elucidate company products and stimulate purchases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client Maintain in-depth knowledge of company wellness products, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participate in roadshows, work closely with other team members to support a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
  • Track and manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/O Level/ SKM in any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in team.
  • Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels.
  • Passionate about wellness products.

Benefits:

  • Basic Pay: RM3,000.00
  • Commission: RM0 ~ RM10,000.00
