Project Delivery Manager(PMP/Scrum Master Certification is preferred)

Position: Project Delivery Manager

What We’re Looking For

As a Project Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successfully delivery of all elements, to specified levels of time, budget and quality. You will act as a point of contact to different stakeholder across the enterprise including Group and country markets (LBUs). You will need to work closely with cross functional stakeholders including Engineering, Operations and Customer teams to deliver the solution on-time and on-budget, as well as focusing on actively remove roadblocks during the end-to-end solution delivery. You will apply the latest agile development methodology and process to deliver software with speed and quality. You will work in an energetic project team in a start-up like setting to contribute to the success of our digital initiative. You are also responsible to couch, mentor and train other team members on processes and technologies. You should have excellent communication and documentation skills.

What You Will Generally Be Doing

·      To monitor multiple projects, country markets and engineering squads from the initiation and take the responsibility for its successful delivery

·      Work directly with stakeholders and our development team to ensure a smooth and successful project and solution delivery.

·      Work closely with the product team to understand the scope of the projects, assist in resource estimation and project schedule development.

·      Apply project management skill with agile methodology skills to manage the project

·      Work as scrum master role in project team if necessary

·      Liaison and communicate with regional technology, compliance and security to make sure that our engineering team could perform their tasks on time with the least dependency.

·      Enforce proper process and documentation to meet the IT audit requirements

·      Prepare progress reports for senior management

·      Communicating changes and issues to stakeholders and management team

·      Developing a lasting relationship with customers, clients and LBU partners

·      Assist the team to resolve production issues

·      Coach, mentor, motivate and train team members with less experience

·      Make sure that the deliverables are of highest quality and professionalism

What You Will Need

·      Degree holder or above in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Management

·      Over 8+ years relevant experience of IT service delivery management

·      Scrum Master/Professional Project Management (PMP) Certification from accredited intuition preferred

·      Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) for project delivery

·      Previous experience with financial services (banking & insurance) and digital projects (Mobile/Web) preferred

·      Track record of executing projects from start to finish with a strong prioritization and time management POV

·      Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written) as the role involves dealing with different stakeholders in different countries.

·      Strong Stakeholder management skillset with proficiency and track record in building and managing productive relationships with your counterparts across functional groups, partners and customers community

·      Ability to manage a portfolio of expanding customers. Balancing; time management, prioritisation, customer needs and internal & external expectations

·      Engagement Planning - technical understanding, strategic mindset, translating our services into a tangible project plan

·      Engagement Execution - develop mutual close plans, identify and mitigate risk, conclude commercial agreements, status reporting, and operations

·      Post Engagement - ability to identify renewal and add-on opportunities, using lessons learned and looping them back into our internal best practices

·      Deep program management experience managing multiple projects varying in size at one time.

·      Track record of executing projects from start to finish with a strong prioritisation and time management POV

·      Ability to manage and enforce the change management process

·      Awareness and some experience in execution of the organisation change management and enablement initiatives

·      Generalist attributes between technology, consulting and project delivery
