Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to manage customer communication, generate leads, and support sales growth through professional call engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Introduce products and explain features with clarity and confidence
  • Generate sales leads and support order conversion
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
  • Record call details, customer responses, and sales updates
  • Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing
  • Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships

Eligibility & Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of telecalling / telesales experience
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM or calling software familiarity
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally
  • Disciplined, target-focused, and confident personality

Compensation

₹12,000

  • ₹18,000 per month based on interview and experience.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
