The Role:

The Client Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. You will work closely with various teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
  • Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and training them on our services.

Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic client support team, reporting to the Client Support Manager.
