Customer Success Associate
Description
The Role:
The Customer Success Associate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them to maximize the value of our products and services.
- Manage customer onboarding and training
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Monitor customer health and engagement metrics
- Provide proactive support and address customer inquiries
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
Team Structure: You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States and physically present within the U.S and will also possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer support or success
- Technical aptitude with software products
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
