Our client, A friendly diving center in beautiful Gam Island, Raja Ampat, Southwest Papua is looking for someone who enjoys nature and tourism to fill the position below:

You’ll help create a friendly and relaxing experience for our guests by:

  1. Gently guiding guests through check-in and check-out with a warm, friendly touch
  2. Handling reservations (online and by phone) with care and attention
  3. Welcoming guests by collecting the necessary details for a comfortable stay
  4. Listening and responding to any concerns with professionalism and kindness
  5. Assisting guests with payment information in a clear and helpful way
  6. Keeping booking and payment records neat and up to date
  7. Preparing invoices in line with company practices and sharing them with guests
  8. Looking after customer records, making sure all details are current and accurate
  9. Creating and managing simple, engaging promotions for social media

Who Our client is Looking For:

  • Tourism vocational school (Diploma) background (preferred)
  • Around 2 years of experience in customer service and administration.
  • Comfortable communicating in English (Mandatory).
  • Based in Southwest Papua (preferred)
  • Enjoys nature and outdoor activities, especially diving
