Delivery Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade, global digital applications. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on delivery leadership, and proven experience managing large-scale, complex application builds across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate is not a PMO profile but a technically strong delivery leader who has successfully built and scaled enterprise digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade global digital applications (web, mobile, APIs, integrations).

• Own delivery accountability: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.

• Drive architecture discussions in collaboration with engineering and solution architects.

• Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, UX, product, security).

• Oversee system integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, IAM, payment gateways, etc.).

• Establish strong governance without being purely process/PMO focused.

• Manage stakeholder communication across business and technology leadership.

• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.

• Drive release planning and deployment strategy for multi-region environments.

Required Experience

• 10+years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5+ years in a Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.

• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade global applications.

• Strong technical background (prior experience as Developer, Tech Lead, Architect, or Engineering Manager preferred).

• Hands-on understanding of:

• Cloud platforms / Azure / GCP)

• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience managing distributed global teams.

• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe (with practical application, not just governance).

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-traffic consumer or enterprise platforms.

• Experience managing multi-vendor delivery ecosystems.

• Knowledge of data platforms and analytics integration.

• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications.

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Pure PMO profiles with governance-only experience.

• Candidates without hands-on technical exposure.

• Professionals without experience delivering enterprise-scale global applications
