Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive incoming calls.

  2. Compile the Service Request Form and Repair note once received.

  3. Update information to the customer database.

  4. Contact customer and arrange for a suitable time for the technician's home visit.

  5. Any ad-hoc task XXXX XXXX.

Requirement:

  1. Minimum SPM graduate.

  2. Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is a added advantage.

  3. Attentive and result oriented.
