Description
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls.
Compile the Service Request Form and Repair note once received.
Update information to the customer database.
Contact customer and arrange for a suitable time for the technician's home visit.
Any ad-hoc task XXXX XXXX.
Requirement:
Minimum SPM graduate.
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is a added advantage.
Attentive and result oriented.
