About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our offerings to provide the best solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in driving business growth through lead generation and effective client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Explaining product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Following up on leads and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Collaborating with the marketing and support teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
- Quick learner with the ability to understand products and services
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
- Should be available to join immediately
