The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. With a broad background in software development, you will drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural and strategic discussions regarding how our systems should scale and evolve. Your daily work will involve:

• Writing high-quality code and improving our platform.
• Solving the unique challenge of orchestrating thousands of servers (where most companies only handle a few).
• Developing tools for automated releases, test environments, and large-scale deployment flows used across the entire organization.
• Solving complex technical problems that span both software and hardware.

What we are looking for:

• Backend Development: Strong experience in Python.
• Orchestration: Experience building or working with Kubernetes platforms.
• Environment: Several years of experience in Linux environments.
• Cloud & Distributed Systems: Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-based and distributed systems.
• System Design: A solid understanding of large-scale systems and how various components integrate.
• Collaboration: A strong focus on teamwork, with the ability to coach team members and share knowledge. Priority Skills: Linux, Kubernetes, Networking, and Python.
