AI Engineer

Job Description: AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer Nature of Service: Design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems that can learn from data and make predictions or decisions, ensuring high levels of automation, availability, scalability, and resilience. Work in an Agile environment practicing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Monitor automation to effectively detect, predict, and prevent issues in the environment and codebase. Perform hands-on coding and mentoring, working in highly collaborative teams with Data Scientists, Project Managers, UX Designers, and Software Engineers to build scalable AI-driven products. Support and advise on best practices in AI model development, deployment, and maintenance. Required Competencies, Skills & Knowledge: Interest in bridging data science and software engineering, with continuous learning of open-source technologies and configurations. Knowledge of system design, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with AI model development, deployment, and maintenance frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Bash, Rust, Go, or C++. Familiarity with private and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques. Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments. Proficiency in advanced AI techniques (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing including large language models). Experience in research or industry applications such as Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, and Recommendation Systems. Proficiency in AI development tools such as Jupyter Notebook, PyCharm, and Visual Studio Code.
