📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent, while helping build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide. • Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide. • Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. • Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to ensure we stay ahead of hiring needs as we continue scaling. • Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close. • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, and provide concise, actionable summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership. • Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows, remove friction, and strengthen how we operate as we grow past 100+ employees. • Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the #1 destination for the world’s best AI talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment • Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.) • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools • You thrive in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) • Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment • Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between executing, planning and strategy • Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback • #NSFW - you are comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content
