Management Accountant

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering board-level financial reporting and analysis
• Managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting processes
• Leading month-end close and ensuring deadlines are met
• Sitting down with board members to explain figures and provide insights
• Supporting the Head of Finance as the role evolves
• Adapting to new challenges as the business continues to grow and change

What you will need:

• CIMA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Previous experience in a similar finance role (Management Accountant, Finance Manager, Senior Finance Analyst, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Sage and in-house systems
• A flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a small, friendly team
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
