Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering board-level financial reporting and analysis
- Managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting processes
- Leading month-end close and ensuring deadlines are met
- Sitting down with board members to explain figures and provide insights
- Supporting the Head of Finance as the role evolves
- Adapting to new challenges as the business continues to grow and change
What you will need:
- CIMA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Previous experience in a similar finance role (Management Accountant, Finance Manager, Senior Finance Analyst, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Sage and in-house systems
- A flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a small, friendly team
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
