Academics are seeking a resilient and supportive SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs in a primary school in Thanet.

What you'll do as an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
- Support pupils with social and emotional development
- Build strong and positive relationships with pupils
- Assist with behaviour support strategies
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
- Encourage engagement with learning activities
What we're looking for in an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
- Experience supporting SEMH needs (desirable)
- Calm and consistent approach
- Strong teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
