Fit-Out Project Manager / Logistics Project Manager WAREHOUSEDerby, DerbyshireContract: Fixed-term (6 months, potential extension) Salary: £80,000 (pro rata)

Warehouse Fit-Out Project Manager required to deliver a warehouse / distribution centre fit-out, from planning through to operational handover.

Working across a logistics or industrial environment, managing contractors, design teams, and systems providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end warehouse or logistics fit-out project
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones
• Coordinate contractors, design teams, and third-party vendors
• Oversee installation of racking, MHE, lighting, and safety systems
• Support WMS implementation and warehouse automation (e.g. conveyors, scanning systems)
• Ensure quality, compliance, and health & safety standards on site
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience delivering warehouse, logistics, or industrial fit-outs
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and infrastructure
• Experience managing contractors and multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with WMS and automation systems
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable

• Background in e-commerce, retail, or 3PL
• Exposure to automation or systems integration
• PRINCE2, PMP or similar
