What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Leading the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights to support business growth
• Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to influence key decision-making processes
• P&L review and reporting
• Managing and supporting the transactional finance team, fostering high standards and continuous improvement
• Overseeing payroll operations (to pass to an out-sourced company)

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Proven experience in financial management within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Strategic mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail and a track record of process improvements
• Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, macros, v-look ups)
