Description

We currently have an exciting position for a Marketing Co-Ordinator (12 months Maternity Cover) to join our Savers Home, Health & Beauty team based in our Head Office in Dunstable. This is a fast paced, innovative environment and we are looking for a creative, organised and commercially aware individual. In this position you will work with the wider commercial and marketing team to co-ordinate marketing activities both Online and Offline across our 530+ store estate.

What you’ll be doing: Affiliates marketing

  • main contact Working with agency to maximise sales and conversion of affiliate marketing campaigns Agency tender co-ordinator Supporting with tender process and supplier transitions Online blog Planning and writing content as part of marketing campaigns, and in collaboration with buyers/suppliers for new launches and promotions. Maintenance of past blogs Monitoring performance and conversion Promoting blog
  • ensure visibility across social, online, CRM Local Social support and Internal Influencer coordinator Working with our Local Social Champs on campaigns and content Main contact for internal influencer group Contribute to social media content planning; TikTok, Facebook, I.G, X. Driving Brand awareness Produce trend reports for Buying and Marketing to support with decision making on products, promotions, campaigns Generate ideas for brand awareness activities using current frameworks and resources Review competitor activity and feedback learnings Working closely with Online team and Buying team to create synergies of content and brand, and drive traffic and conversion. Monitor cost & spend of marketing activity Ensure all content is within brand guidelines Supporting marketing team
  • general shared tasks, as well as covering holidays, sickness etc across Social, Print, Paid marketing tasks. Take on ad-hoc projects and requests as required Appear as Savers mascot, Penny the tick, from time to time!

What skills are we looking for: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with good attention to detail Ability to interact cross functionally Confidence in working with both internal and external stakeholders Articulate and engaging communication style Excellent IT literacy and the ability to pick up bespoke systems quickly Ideally work experience in retail or FMCG organisations

Full Time, Maternity Cover.
