JOB ADVERTISEMENT: Digital Marketing (DM) Specialist x1 Company: TECNO Mobile Location: Gaborone, Botswana Position Type: Full-Time TECNO Mobile is seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing (DM) Specialist to join our Botswana team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing TECNO’s digital marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, and online platforms Manage and grow TECNO’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) Plan and run digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches Create, coordinate, and manage digital content (graphics, videos, captions, ads) Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights Manage online influencers, brand ambassadors, and digital partners Track market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior Coordinate with sales and retail teams to support online-to-offline campaigns Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ads, and analytics tools Experience with content creation and basic design tools is an added advantage Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills Experience in FMCG, mobile phones, or electronics industry is a plus
