Trans North Trading PLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Sales and Marketing team in Addis Ababa. This full-time position is ideal for a junior-level candidate with 1-3 years of experience. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement through effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content. Support the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer engagement. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Collaborate with team members to design promotional materials and advertisements. Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements. Engage with customers through email marketing and newsletters. Maintain and update the company website to ensure information is current. Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and marketing initiatives.
