Job Summary
The Marketing & Branding Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies while also supporting in-house graphic design needs. This role ensures strong brand consistency, engaging visual communication, and effective marketing campaigns to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Marketing Strategy
- Support the development and execution of branding strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Assist in product and market positioning.
2. Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Design marketing materials including brochures, product catalogues, company profiles, and presentations.
- Create digital assets for social media, website, and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Work on video visuals or motion graphics.
3. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Coordinate content and design for campaigns.
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements.
4. Digital Marketing & Website
- Manage and update website content, including product information.
- Coordinate with IT/SEO teams for website performance.
- Support social media management and digital presence.
5. Content & Collateral Development
- Develop and update marketing materials and sales tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of content.
- Liaise with external vendors when required.
6. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Support marketing-driven lead generation activities.
- Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
7. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Track progress of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding principles.
- Good project coordination and communication skills.
