Mid–Senior UI/UX Web Designer

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in web design, preferably in an agency or product environment Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards Demonstrated ability to create modern, clean, and visually engaging designs Solid UI/UX portfolio showcasing responsive website and web application projects Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain pixel-perfect designs Experience in Motion Design, Knowledge of Adobe After Effects Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Familiarity with web development workflows and collaboration with developers Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining design decisions Upper-intermediate English level or higher for effective client and team interaction

Nice to Have:

Experience working with Webflow and Framer Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Understanding of SEO-friendly design practices

Responsibilities:

Design custom websites for client projects, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly layouts aligned with UI/UX best practices Redesign and improve existing websites to enhance aesthetics, usability, and performance Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and digital products Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality, functional, and scalable solutions Present design concepts and final designs to clients, clearly explaining design decisions Develop responsive designs that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Prepare design assets, style guides, and specifications for the development team Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain visual and functional consistency Support and evolve the existing visual style of the company’s products, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables Continuously analyze and improve product usability based on user feedback and analytics Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs modern and competitive
