Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and duties We are looking for an experienced B2B Account Manager with a  telecom background to join our client’s growing international team in Bratislava. This is a highly customer-facing, dynamic role where you will manage global corporate clients and actively drive new business opportunities across advanced connectivity and IT solutions. ​You will be working with a broad portfolio of telecommunication and IT services, including voice, data, and advanced connectivity solutions. The role covers products such as Dedicated Internet Access, Broadband, VPN (IPSec, MPLS), and SD-WAN, as well as wireless technologies like 4G/5G and IoT solutions.​ Working hours: 3:00 pm-11:30 pm Working model: 3x per week in the office (Bratislava) Start date: May 2026 Interview process: 2 rounds of online interview Your responsibilities Acquire new business opportunities and participate in bidding processes (RFPs) Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Manage assigned corporate clients worldwide (across multiple time zones) Handle daily communication with customers in a B2B environment Prepare pricing offers and review existing pricing models Manage MACD pricing models and their updates Collect and analyze data, monitor client account activities Review contracts and service documentation Coordinate internal teams to resolve escalations in a timely and efficient manner Ensure effective use of internal resources Prepare reports and support ad-hoc business requirements Employee perks, benefits Internal Mobility Program
