Professional with access to D&B UAE or CRIF Intelligence Reports

We are a UK-based business seeking a UAE-based corporate services professional to assist with commercial due diligence on a Dubai mainland company.

We require official documentation from the Dun and Bradstreet UAE or CRIF third-party platform to seek verification of the Unique Beneficial Owner(s) and/or of a Dubia based company. The licence number and entity details will be provided to the successful applicant. You will need paid access to the Intelligence or Compliance part of D&B UAE to do so.

This is a legitimate check prior to consideration of entering into a transaction with the company y using third part tools, but we do not have the paid subscription which is unnecesssary for a one off report.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PAID ACCESS OF THE LEVEL NEEDED TO OBTAIN THE UBO REPORT.

Scope of work:

Obtain information for the named entity, confirming the identity, residential address, and percentage interest of the ultimate beneficial owner(s) and/or shareholders. Provide a brief written summary confirming the beneficial ownership/shareholding structure and any connected entities under the same owner or director.

Requirements:

Paid access to the Dun and Bradstreet UAE or CRIF systems is essential. We are seeking documents sourced from third party tools given the lack of legitimate access to the official Registry. Experience in PRO services, business setup consultancy, or corporate services in Dubai is strongly preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic.

Budget: $100–$200 USD fixed fee, payable on delivery of verified documents.
