I'm looking for an experienced Client Relations Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
What you'll do: • Act as the primary point of contact, conducting regular check-ins and building rapport to ensure client retention • Meet with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored plans to achieve them • Proactively handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients • Ensure both the client and the company adhere to contractual terms and service delivery timelines • Collect client feedback, conduct performance reviews, and report insights to senior management
