PPC Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PPC Specialist with a strong background in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting verticals. This role requires deep expertise in traffic acquisition, campaign optimization, and working with Tier 1 GEOs. You will be responsible for launching, analyzing, and scaling ad campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance with KPIs and traffic quality standards.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Launch and optimize ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, UAC, Push, Native, and more) Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences Work with trackers and analytical tools for performance monitoring Monitor and meet KPIs related to ROI, FTD, and traffic qualit Plan and allocate budgets across different GEOs Research and test new traffic sources and marketing hypotheses Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, and content teams to create high-converting creatives, pre-landers, and landing pages Work with semantic core for both brand and non-brand campaigns Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimization

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE 3+ years of experience in PPC, including at least 1.5 years in iGaming/Gambling/Betting Hands-on experience with offshore casino brands (minimum 1 year) Proficiency with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, PropellerAds, etc. In-depth understanding of black hat techniques, cloaking, and moderation bypass strategies Strong analytical skills: ability to work with ROI, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR, Funnels English proficiency — Intermediate+ (ability to manage ad accounts, communicate with support teams, and handle offers) Experience working with large advertising budgets and making independent optimization and scaling decisions

Nice to Have: Experience in building custom funnels and flows Knowledge of anti-detect browsers and advanced tracker setups
