Marketing Manager

Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in managing performance campaigns and direct communication with clients. If you’re passionate about growth marketing, enjoy building strong client relationships, and have excellent English communication skills — we’d love to meet you.

Requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance or growth-oriented roles. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Solid understanding of conversion tracking, event setup, and analytics via GA4 + Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (technical and content-related). Experience with CRM systems (Active Collab, HubSpot, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher). Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email campaigns. Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on performance, ROI, and conversion goals. Oversee end-to-end project management, including timelines, task coordination, and cross-functional team collaboration. Serve as the main point of contact for clients: manage approvals, deliver performance reports, and gather actionable feedback. Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, including custom event tracking, DataLayer configuration, and GA4 integration. Analyze campaign and website performance data to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and developers to deliver cohesive, high-performing marketing assets.
