GERMAN based admin assistance - Amazon Returns

SMALL AD-HOC ADMINISTRATION JOB - LONG TERM
We are looking for a reliable German based assistant to act as a returns address for a very small amount of inventory... Would suit a work-from-home person / freelancer.
Once in a while, a customer returns one of our products to Amazon Germany. The packaging has been opened and that's usually the end of the story. Because we work from home in the UK, Amazon.de will not send those kind of returns back to us. Our only options are;
- Let Amazon destroy the items.
- Dispatch items to a German address.
To put it into perspective we have only had 3 such returns this year... but we still object to Amazon destroying our property.
The job is as simple as this...
- Accept a few returns here and there
- Stick the products in a cardboard box
- Ship the box to us when it's full (we will supply label for that)
You'd basically be helping us out and we'd pay a fee per transaction. Happy to jump on a call to discuss if there is anyone to help.
Might require other small tasks in Germany / EU as well as relationship develops.
