Recruitment Assistance - Filipino Carers

I am looking to recruit carers to work in home care, from a Filipino background. I would like some assistance with this, with someone who has knowledge of recruiting from a specific area or who has a personal network. You might, for example, post on Facebook groups, or social media, or know of associations or other groups. We are looking for Filipinos specifically as we have a small team of Filipinos and feel they would benefit from more members of their community.

We are based in Lincolnshire and the candidates must be willing to relocate to this area. We have a sponsorship licence and offer a sponsorship switch to any suitable candidate. They must be willing to drive.

I have posted this on an hourly basis but happy to discuss any options with regards to payment.
