UI/UX Designer — Windows Desktop Application

We’re building a product designed for remote teams and distributed workflows, and we’re looking for a UI/UX designer who approaches design as a system, not just a visual layer.

This is not a simple mockup task. You’ll be looking at a real product with real usability challenges, and we’re interested in how you analyze and improve complex interfaces.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of information hierarchy and interface states • Experience deg desktop or native application interfaces • Ability to explain and justify design decisions, not just present visuals • Structured thinking around complex workflows and user interaction
