We are currently assisting multiple international clients who require company incorporation and comprehensive compliance support in Canada. In this regard, we are looking to engage a reliable local partner for long-term collaboration to support end-to-end compliance services. Please note that this will be a paid engagement. o Assist in fulfilling statutory requirements related to residency obligations for directors. o Support with compliance filings if required by regulatory authorities.
