KSPAN Structure Walkthrough Video

Dear Freelancer,

We are planning to develop a resort project based on a KSPAN structural concept. We require a complete 3D design model and walkthrough video that clearly showcases both the interior and exterior design.

Please note: We will provide an AutoCAD file for reference (dimensions only). The attached image is AI-generated and should be used as a concept reference, not the final design.

Scope of Work: You are required to: Create a detailed 3D model using software such as Autodesk 3ds Max (or similar). Develop a high-quality walkthrough video covering all areas of the project.

Design Requirements: The 3D model and walkthrough should include the following:

1. Interior Design
2. Internal flat white ceiling
3. Design for each floor
4. Hotel room interiors
5. Lift/elevator
6. Coffee shop connected to lobby
7. Gym and spa
8. Lobby area
9. Reception area at the entrance
10. Restaurant
11. Concert hall

Exterior Design:

1. Overall KSPAN structure appearance
2. Swimming pool
3. External flexible solar panels on the roof
4. Landscape

Walkthrough Expectations Smooth and realistic walkthrough (day & night views preferred) Highlight all amenities listed above Include both interior and exterior perspectives

Deliverables 3D model files High-resolution renders Final walkthrough video
