Water Treatment Plant Engineer

Oversee the daily operations of the water treatment plant, including purification, filtration, and distribution processes. Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company specifications. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of water treatment equipment and systems. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted plant performance. Maintain accurate records of water quality tests, chemical usage, maintenance activities, and system performance. Optimize treatment processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste. Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of treatment chemicals in line with safety standards. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Production, Quality Assurance, and HSE) to ensure seamless operations. Supervise and provide guidance to plant operators and technicians. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations. Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to management.
