Job Description PRL is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations. This role is key to ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding in-store experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Oversee store operations, administration, and compliance Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control Recruit, train, and mentor staff Handle customer and staff issues professionally. Requirements Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years’ experience in a similar retail management role. Proficient with POS systems and retail software Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally Excellent organizational and time management abilities Solid understanding of the retail sales process.
