Sound Engineer

Main Function The Sound Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining audio systems to ensure high-quality sound during events, performances, and daily operations. The role ensures proper setup, operation, and troubleshooting of sound equipment. Role Responsibilities Set up and operate sound equipment for events and daily use. Ensure clear and balanced audio output at all times. Conduct sound checks before events or performances. Troubleshoot and resolve audio issues promptly. Maintain and service sound equipment regularly. Work with DJs, performers, and technical teams to achieve desired sound quality. Monitor sound levels to ensure safety and quality standards. Keep records of equipment usage and maintenance. Qualifications and Requirements Education and Certifications: OND / HND in Sound Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years experience as a sound engineer or in a similar role. Experience handling professional audio equipment and sound systems.
