What is this challenge about

•     Write clean, maintainable code using.NET C# and modern tools such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch; •     Deliver high-quality software as part of a development team; •     Build deep expertise in the team’s codebase and provide comprehensive code reviews; •     Ensure documentation exists for all critical systems and write widely used technical guides; •     Monitor dashboards and alerts, responding to incidents appropriately; •     Drive technical decision-making, considering trade-offs, risks, and organization-wide alignment; •     Diagnose complex bugs and provide fixes along with automated regression tests; •     Lead specification and refinement of technical improvements; •     Mentor, coach, and empower engineers, sharing knowledge through demos and presentations.
