What is this challenge about

•     Write clean, maintainable code in.NET C# and other modern tools (e.g., Kafka, ElasticSearch); •     Deliver high-quality, working software as part of a development team; •     Build deep expertise in the team’s codebase and provide insightful code reviews; •     Ensure documentation exists for all critical systems and write widely used technical guides; •     Help define SRE standards to monitor applications and respond to production incidents; •     Drive high-level technical decision-making, identifying trade-offs and organisation-wide alignment; •     Diagnose complex bugs, provide fixes, and create automated regression tests; •     Guide technical improvements and provide vision for future architecture; •     Mentor, coach, and empower engineers, sharing knowledge via demos and presentations.
