Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of real estate sales, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team Drive property sales and achieve revenue targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify new business opportunities and partnerships Monitor market trends and competitor activities Prepare and present sales reports. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales (management role preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Good negotiation and closing skills Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market.
