  • Agricultural Inputs Compensation: Competitive + performance-based incentives + growth opportunities Position Summary: The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for: Driving revenue growth & expanding market presence Managing key accounts Building a structured sales system Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Market Expansion Achieve/exceed monthly & quarterly targets Develop new markets: regions, cooperatives, distributors Build strong relationships with farmers & agro-dealers Agricultural Input Sales Promote & sell liquid organic fertilizer & related products Provide basic technical guidance & on-field demonstrations Customer Relationship Management Manage key clients & ensure repeat business Resolve customer issues professionally Maintain a structured customer database  Sales Reporting & Data Management Submit daily, weekly & monthly sales reports Track leads, conversions & customer activity Analyze lost sales & provide insights Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor competitors & market trends Identify customer needs & recommend improvements Support management with strategic insights System & Process Discipline Follow structured sales processes & reporting systems Maintain accountability for targets & activities Support CRM implementation
