Zoomlion seeks to strengthen its market presence and enhance customer experience through the recruitment of dynamic sales professionals. Key Responsibilities Actively promote and sell Zoomlion's construction, mining and agricultural machinery to potential clients in Uganda and the East African region. Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies to expand the client base. Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, farmers, resellers, and government institutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to clients. Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies. Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business strategy. Provide regular updates and reports to the Country Manager on sales pipeline, client feedback, and progress. Consultant Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of sales experience in heavy machinery, transport and logistics or industrial product markets. Knowledge of the construction, mining and agricultural sectors is highly preferred. Proven ability to close sales deals and manage accounts independently. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
