Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located on Lagos mainland for a Senior Associate. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Services Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our clients through a broad range of services, including Regulatory Documentation, CAC Services, and Training & Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate services, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers opportunities to work on complex client issues, contribute to internal process improvements, and assist in the development of strategic solutions. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Accounting, Audit, and Tax practices. Proven experience in Business Advisory and problem-solving. Strong understanding of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional Research and Report Preparation skills. Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools and solutions. Excellent communication, client management, and teamwork skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. BSC/HND in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field, professional certifications would be a plus(ACCA, ACA). Strong understanding of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with HR software and regulatory tools. Ability to manage regulatory documentation and compliance matters effectively. High level of integrity and ethical standards in dealing with client matters. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
